At Elderly Instruments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
